Distilled Gin is made by re-distilling neutral spirit with juniper berries and other aromatic agents. Compound Gin is made by flavoring neutral spirit with essences and other flavorings without re-distillation.

Gin is the most important ingredient for many world famous cocktails such as Martini, and, Gin and Tonic.
