Spirits

Spirit also known as Liquor is an alcoholic drink, produced by fermenting different ingredients such as: grains, fruits, or vegetables. 

Depending on the basic ingredients, elaboration process, and aging time; spirits are nowadays available in different flavored forms, and alcohol contents. 

 

Serving Recommendations

Neat or Straight: served at room temperature alone

Straight Up: shaken or stirred with ice, strained, and served

On the Rocks: served over ice

With Water

With a simple mixer: club soda, tonic water, juice, or cola

As an ingredient for a cocktail

With Water poured over Sugar: such as Absinthe
