Apple Garnish

Remember to use always fresh apples. To prevent fruit oxidation, meaning color changing, you may sprinkle some drops of lemon or lime juice on the pieces previous to garnishing.

 

Apple Wedge

Wash, dry and make the cut.

Wash, dry, and slice.

Apple Zest

Or apple peel, use a sharp knife or a peeler.

Cubed Apple

Using a sharp chef's knife, made straight cuts on thick slices of apples and get cubed apples.
