Joe Gilmore (born in Belfast in 1922) was a legendary bartender who worked as the Head Barman at the famous Savoy Hotel's American Bar in England for 21 years. During this period he invented numerous cocktails in honor of royalty, politicians, and celebrities. His cocktails are still served and known around the world.
