Barolo is a red DOCG wine produce entirely from the Nebbiolo grape with some authorized clones such as Lampia, Michet and Rosé in Piedmont. It is a very rich and complex red wine, very tannic and astringent. It is often described as one of the greatest wines in Italy, and well-known and appreciated all over the world.
