Description

Suze is an aperitif liqueur made from wild roots and a blend of spirits infused with gentian, and other aromatic plants obtained by maceration.

History

It was created during the World's Fair in Paris in 1889, by Fernand Moureaux.

Uses

Straight, on the rocks or in cocktails.
