Danish schnapps are part of the Scandinavian family of Aquavit Spirits. This spirit is made from a two processes of fermentation and distillation of base ingredients such as: potato, grain mash in combination with yeast and enzymes. Flavor is added through an infusion of spices such as: dill and caraway seeds and other spices that have remained secret for generations.
