Beat

 

Ingredients: 

2 cans condensed milk

2 egg whites

4 egg yolks

¾ lit – 1 lit milk

1 dash vanilla

1 lemon zest

1 dash grounded nutmeg

¾ lit – 1 lit Rum

Instructions:

Beat egg whites to stiff and add yolks one per one while you keep on beating, add slowly condensed milk and milk, vanilla, lemon zest and at last rum. Verify taste. Serve cool.
