Method: 

Cook and blend

 

Ingredients: 

1 cup rice

9 cups water

1 cup milk

1 cup condensed milk

1 cup evaporated milk

½ tsp almond essence

½ tsp vanilla essence

5 tbsp sugar

1 dash salt

1 cinnamon stick

Instructions:

Rinse rice with 2 cups water and let it soak for a day. Once it has been soaked, drain it and cook it with a cinnamon stick in 7 cups water for about 35 minutes, let it simmer and rest. Blend this cooked rice with sugar, the milks, salt and essences. Let it cool well and serve it with ice and sprinkle cinnamon powder.
