Ingredients: 

5 cl Blended Whisky

1 tbsp Honey

5 cl Boiling Water

Instructions:

Warm the whisky in a saucepan and pour it in the first goblet. Pour the boiling water in the other. Light the whisky and pour both fluids from one goblet to the other four or five times while they are burning. It could be a bit hard in the beginning and you have to practice before you can perform this magic before an audience. If you want to make a long tail of flames you should move the arm you hare pouring with a smooth movement upwards while you are pouring the whisky into the other goblet that stands on the counter. Sweet it with honey and garnish with lemon zest twist.
