Shake and strain

30 ml Calvados

10 ml Brandy

10 ml Lemon Juice

2 pieces Fresh Ginger

Ginger Ale

Ice

Instructions:

Shake all ingredients (except Ginger Ale) with ice and strain into a cocktail glass. Complete with ginger ale and garnish with an apple zest.
