Mix

Ingredients: 

7 crashed walnuts

200 g fine sugar

1 l wine (12º to 13º)

Instructions:

Mix all ingredients and let it macerate with a minimum of 3 months removing from time to time. Filter it when it is time to consume. The more time the aging the better. Serve in wine glass.
