Method: 

Cook and stir

 

Ingredients: 

4 Egg Yolks

6 cups Milk

1 cup Sugar

½ cup Almonds

Rum

 

Instructions:

 

Soak almonds in boiling water and peel them off. Blend them with a little milk until it gets smooth. Boil milk and add sugar and blended almonds. Stir continuously with a wooden spoon until it gets thicker. Remove it from fire. Apart beat yolks with rum and add slowly keeping stirring into the mixture until yolks get incorporated to the milk mixture. Let it cool and store in glass bottle. Serve in lowball glass.
