Ingredients: 

1 Egg Yolk

1 tsp Sugar

4 cl water

6-.8 cl Rum

Instructions:

Beat yolk and sugar together until fluffy. Pour into a heated hot drink glass. Apart heat water and rum and add into this mix. Serve very hot.
