Heating

Ingredients:

1 bottle Ale
1/4 tsp powdered Cinnamon
1/4 tsp grated Nutmeg
1/4 tsp grated Ginger
2 Egg yolks
1 tsp Honey
2 jiggers Scotch whisky
 
Instructions:

Heat the ale in a saucepan, dust with spices. Beat eggs with honey until light and frothy. Just before ale comes to a boil, pour in eggs, stirring with whisk. Just before drinking, add whiskey and stir. Drink hot.
