Method: 

Stir and strain

Ingredients:

1 1/2 oz Scotch whisky
3/4 oz Sweet Vermouth
1 dash Angostura Bitter
Ice cubes

Instructions:

Combine the Scotch, sweet Vermouth and Angostura Bitter in a mixing glass half filled with ice cubes. Stir well, strain into a cocktail glass, and garnish with a lemon twist.
