Ingredients:

3 cl Drambuie
1½ cl Tia Maria coffee liquor
1 cl Cream
1 Egg yolk
2 tsp sugar

Ice cubes

Instructions:

Shake all ingredients with ice. Strain into a frosted cocktail glass. Sprinkle with powdered coffee or nutmeg.
