Ingredients:
15 ml Scotch whisky
15 ml Grenadine Syrup
Champagne or sparkling wine
Ice cubes
Instructions:
In a mixing glass full with ice stir Scotch and grenadine syrup. Strain into a flute glass and top with chilled champagne. Decorate with a spiral of an orange peel.
