Muddle & layer

Ingredients:

2 oz Ice Cream

2½ oz Orange Juice

1 oz Raspberry Flavored Syrup

Pine Needles

Instructions:

Muddle some pine needles with raspberry syrup in a mortar. Remove the needles and pour the syrup carefully using the bar spoon onto the bottom of a high glass. Then pour orange juice and top with ice cream ball. Decorate with a pine twig and serve.
