Method: 

Shake and pour

Ingredients: 

2 oz Ruby Port

1 oz Brandy

1 oz Lemon Juice

½ tsp superfine sugar

½ tsp Grenadine Syrup

Ice cubes

 

Instructions:

Pour the port, brandy, lemon juice, sugar and grenadine into a shaker half filled with ice cubes. Shake well and pour into a lowball glass. Garnish with a lemon wedge and serve.
