Method: 

Shake and strain

Ingredients:

44 ml Gin

21 ml Parfait Amour liqueur

9 ml Mint leaves

15 ml limejuice

30 ml Peach puree

Ice cubes

Instructions:

Pour into the shaker the Gin, peach puree, Parfait Amour and about 7 mint leaves, add the fresh lime juice and shake. Strain into Chilled martini glass and garnish with a lavender orchid.
