Ingredients:
½ cup Sugar
2/3 cup water
2/3 cup Calamansi Juice
2/3 cup Pineapple Juice
2 Egg whites
4 cups crushed Ice
Instructions:
Cook sugar and water for 5 minutes. Chill. Add remaining ingredients. Pour half the mixture into a blender. Blend till light and frothy for 7 seconds. Repeat. Serve at one in chilled cocktail glasses. (Servings: 8)
