10 ml Cream

Instructions:
Pour pineapple juice into the cocktail glass, using the back of the bar spoon pour Frangelico. Mix Crème de Menthe with Cream in a mixing glass with ice and pour using the back of the bar spoon into the cocktail glass after Frangelico layer. Serve.
