For exotic cocktail drinks, this bowl is designed specially for one called "Flaming Volcano". It is usually hand crafted with thick ceramic and holds up to 48 oz or more. The small cup in the center "the crater" is used to hold high proof spirits, which are lighted on fire to give a very hot presentation.
